Here is a ChrisFix video showing how to do it, about half way into it shows you the 'self-bleeding' method with bottle and hose, but he is using a vinyl hose, which isn't as flexible or won't seal like the Tygon, and that is why he put zip ties around the hose/nipple in his videos, as they will shoot off when pressing the brake if you are using vinyl. Less time if done while doing an oil change and tire rotation while the wheels are off.

$10-$12 in fluid, and realistically 45 minutes to an hour tops to get it done. I have a small hand pump to vacuum out the fluid reservoir first, fill it with fresh fluid (Valvoline Synpower is what I use on the Hondas), and just make sure it doesn't get too low, you don't want to suck in air then have to purge the ABS. Now they aren't around as often, I either use the MightyVac, or just some yellow fuel line (Tygon) of the correct size so it fits snugly, but doesn't pop off or let air in, and an old plastic bottle, and you can get them done in no time. I have a MightyVac, but I spent more time on cleanup, and they didn't get to have fun. When the kids were little, they liked pumping and holding the brakes while I did the bleeder screw.
